The problem
Restaurants and bars needed a way to build contactless, QR-based digital menus without hiring a developer or a designer — something a small venue owner could set up themselves and still have it look considered.
The approach
Co-founded DoaMenu from the ground up: shaping the product's design direction and brand identity, and helping define the go-to-market approach that took it from an idea to a live, self-serve platform — a menu builder that supports images, video and multi-language menus, with a free tier and paid plans for venues that outgrow it.
The outcome
A platform that's been running continuously since 2024 and now serves thousands of restaurants worldwide — proof of building and sustaining a product, not just shipping a one-off launch.
Design
Product and brand design for a self-serve tool — building an interface simple enough for a restaurant owner with no design background to use unsupervised.
Technology
A live product platform, not a case study mockup — real infrastructure serving real customers at scale, continuously, since 2024.
Strategy
Co-founder-level ownership: positioning, pricing tiers and go-to-market decisions for a product now running in multiple countries and languages.
