The problem
ABCD, part of the EU's EIT Higher Education Initiative, needed a youth-facing podcast built from scratch across multiple partner countries — no existing format, guest pipeline, or production process to start from. Later, that experience needed to be handed off to a new group of participants who had never made a podcast before.
The approach
As Local Expert, took the podcast from concept to delivery: helped set its vision and themes, sourced and interviewed guests, then planned, recorded and edited each episode end to end while coordinating with collaborators across partner countries. Once that phase wrapped, closed the loop by designing and running a knowledge-transfer workshop — teaching a new cohort how to conceptualize, produce and promote a podcast, judging their mini-podcast submissions, and mentoring participants one-on-one.
The outcome
A completed cross-border podcast series delivered under an EU initiative, plus a repeatable training format that let other people learn the same skills — going from producer to teacher on the same project.

Technology
Hands-on recording and episode editing, plus building a workshop curriculum that taught a new group the same production skills.
