The problem
Zavar — one of North Macedonia's largest welding firms — and Makweld Robotix needed a conference promo video that made a long-term B2B partnership feel urgent, not routine: grounded in the real, worsening shortage of skilled welders, with Makweld Robotix positioned as the solution rather than just a vendor.
The approach
Worked as part of the media team on the promotional video and its supporting photography, built around a central comparison: traditional manual welding versus a Makweld Robotix arm completing the same weld cleanly and without error, framed against the welder-shortage narrative to make the stakes concrete before showing the fix.
The outcome
A conference-ready promo video built on real stakes and a direct product demonstration — turning an ongoing partnership into a piece of storytelling that argues its own case.
Design
Building a visual argument, not just a highlight reel — manual welding cut against robot welding so the comparison makes the point on its own.
